The controller of the data collected on this site is the operator of IPTV Codes Store, reachable at support@iptv-codes.store. We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679).

We process the data you provide when you contact us (via WhatsApp or email) to answer your request, deliver and activate the code you purchased, and provide support. While you browse the site, some technical data (IP address, date and time, page viewed, browser type) may be processed for the security and stability of the service.
3. Legal bases
The legal bases are the performance of pre-contractual measures and of the contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), our legitimate interest in a secure, working site (6.1.f) and, where required, your consent (6.1.a). Contact via WhatsApp is also subject to the messaging provider's own terms.
4. Retention period
We keep data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described and within legal limits, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
