1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to the supply of activation codes for the IPTV Codes Store streaming service to consumers, in accordance with applicable consumer and distance-selling law.
2. Formation of the contract
The presentation of offers on this site is not a binding proposal. By placing an order via WhatsApp, you make a firm offer; the contract is formed upon our confirmation or the delivery of your activation code.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and are one-time payments for a fixed duration: £22 for 3 months, £36 for 6 months, £49 for 12 months and £86 for 24 months. Payment is accepted by credit or debit card, PayPal or cryptocurrency. No payment method is stored and no recurring charge is ever set up.
4. Delivery and duration
Activation codes are delivered digitally via WhatsApp, normally within minutes of payment confirmation. A code is valid for its stated duration from activation and expires automatically at the end of that period — there is no automatic renewal.
5. Permitted use
Codes are for personal, non-commercial use. Reselling, sharing beyond your own household's simultaneous- connection allowance, or attempting to tamper with the service may result in deactivation without refund.
6. Guarantee and liability
The 30-day money-back guarantee described in our refund policy applies to every purchase. Beyond it, your statutory rights remain unaffected. We are not liable for outages caused by your own equipment, internet connection or third-party apps.
7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law applicable at the operator's place of business; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
