Refund policy — 30-day money-back guarantee
1. The guarantee
Every code sold by IPTV Codes Store is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the service does not work properly on your setup — persistent buffering our support cannot resolve, channels failing to load, or an incompatibility we cannot work around — you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.
2. How to request a refund
Message the WhatsApp conversation in which you purchased, or write to support@iptv-codes.store, within 30 days of the purchase date. Describe the issue briefly; we will first attempt a fix (most problems are resolved in one conversation). If we cannot make the service work for you, we approve the refund.
3. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5 working days of approval. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded to a wallet address you confirm, at the GBP value paid.
4. Statutory right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. For digital content, that right lapses once delivery has begun with your express consent — which is why we offer the broader 30-day commercial guarantee above instead of relying on the statutory minimum.
